Director of Sales
The Director of Sales of Sierra Designs and Ultimate Direction is
responsible for the achievement of the company's sales and profit goals
through leadership, planning, organizing and management of account
relationships, independent reps, distributors and licensees. The Director
of Sales, will work with the President of Sierra Designs in leading the
sales effort. This position is responsible for driving sales revenue and

Apparel Product Manager
The responsibility of the Apparel Product Manager is to maximize the return
on investment of the designated product categories, allowing Sierra Designs
to exceed sales goals for the short and long term. The Apparel Product
Manager is charged with executing the Sierra Designs apparel product
strategies. Using market research and consumer & competitor input s/he
will develop product with multiple points of design and technical
differentiation between Sierra Designs and competitive brands. This
position will require the skills to create a competitive line and product
plan with compelling competitive advantages. S/he will collaborate with
the Director of Product Development and Merchandising, Director of Sales,
Brand Manager, and external design & development resources to bring to

Apparel Developer I
The Apparel Development Assistant is responsible for coordination and
communication of apparel specifications, evaluation and review of all
sample revisions, organization of trims, lab dips, and fabrics, and
compliance of products and processes to safety and quality standards.
Communication among all raw materials and finished goods vendors is
